Antonia, from Houston, raised in Huntsville, founder of Ard Dynasty, a former military veteran and female entrepreneur, with over 13 years of experience in the administrative realm. Recognizing the prevalent issue of overworked and underpaid administrators while aiding friends and family in their entrepreneurial pursuits, Antonia envisioned a solution to empower administrators to become leaders in their own right. This vision materialized into Ard Dynasty, which remains steadfast in its mission to cultivate a community of empowered administrators-turned-entrepreneurs. Margaret serves as the Secretary of the Board for the Pickney Foundation. Growing up on the south side of Chicago, she eventually made her way to New Orleans where she met Jasmine Pickney. Margaret values personal community engagement and believes that fighting systemic injustices like racial discrimination, gender, and economic inequality can start with a step as simple as getting to know your neighbors. Margaret works for the Pickney Foundation because providing single mothers access to resources that make a difference in their daily lives is a simple way to change the world.
Humna Tahir doesn’t just balance budgets, she builds bridges between numbers and lives. A Brooklyn native with roots in advocacy, economics, and law, she’s the kind of financial strategist who sees spreadsheets as blueprints for liberation. With experience spanning immigration justice, legislative research, grassroots operations, and audit compliance, Humna has one foot in the system and one hand pulling others through it. She’s led policy campaigns, managed legal aid clinics, and designed financial systems that don’t just work, they work for people.
As Treasurer and CFO of the Pickney Foundation, Humna brings a sharp eye for accountability and a heart wired for impact. Her mission? To ensure every dollar the Foundation touches tell a story of hope, healing, and upward motion, especially for the single mothers we serve.With a degree in Economics & Data Analysis and a minor in Accounting, Humna is fluent in both hard numbers and human need.
